Following development and other social activities were started during this period
- Started Maktab classes to teach Quran in the Masjid.
- Appointment of required qualified and experienced staff for the smooth and efficient functioning of the Masjid.
- The Masjid was expanded to accommodate more number of Musallies.
- School building was got constructed at an estimate cost of Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs Only) and was let out on rental basis to Silicon City Public School.
- Another school building was got constructed at an expenditure of Rs. 3.50 crores. The Masjid was further expanded with addl. Expenditure of Rs.1.50 crore.
- Baithulmaal in the name of Hazrath Abu Ubaida Baithulmaal Trust was formed.
The election for the Managing Committee held and elected representatives started functioning from the Year 2001-2002.
